The Town of Midland is requesting a proposal from a qualified, licensed professional consulting firms for Civil/Stormwater Management Engineering Design Services for the improvements of Two (2) Stormwater Outfalls (SOF) located in separate locations within the Town. The purpose of this project is to address erosion control issues at existing storm water outfalls as well as any necessary repairs or upgrades to the condition and safety of these outfall structures. The Town is looking for a comprehensive solution which incorporates best practices, low ongoing maintenance, high erosion reduction. The successful proponent will be responsible to provide a viable and cost-effective design. The professional tasks are to be laid out in the Scope of Works, and shown as Part A, and Part B. |
