| Description: |
The Town of Midland is seeking a licensed water well contractor to decommission municipal Wells 1A and 12, located at 67 Fourth Street and 740 Vindin Street, respectively. Both wells are no longer in service. The Work includes the provision of all labour, materials and equipment necessary to complete the well decommissioning, associated site work, environmental protection, site restoration and required abandonment records, in accordance with the Contract Documents and applicable regulatory requirements. The Work shall be completed in accordance with the WSP Technical Specifications included in Appendix B – Attachments. WSP will provide inspection of the decommissioning work on behalf of the Town. |
