The Town of Midland invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for the provision of tri-axle dump truck services to support municipal snow removal operations on an as-required basis for the period commencing December 15, 2026, and ending May 15, 2027. Snow removal activities are essential to maintaining safe transportation networks and assisting the Town in meeting applicable legislated minimum maintenance standards. Through this Request for Quotation (RFQ), the Town seeks to establish agreements with qualified contractor(s) capable of providing reliable equipment, qualified operators, and responsive service throughout the winter season. The Town reserves the right to award this RFQ to one (1) or more contractors in order to ensure adequate service capacity, operational flexibility, and the timely completion of snow removal operations during winter weather events. |
