The Town requests proposals from professional, qualified, and experienced firms with proven team expertise in economic development, research, community engagement and consultation, data collection, data analysis, as well as effective strategic planning and information presentation, to deliver a clear, comprehensive and aspirational Economic Development Strategy (“EDS”) for the Town of Midland. The EDS serves as a unifying and guiding roadmap, providing a clear action plan that supports our local economy as well as the ongoing establishment of a complete community in order to position the Town of Midland for success. The strategy will help strengthen the Town’s position as a place for business and a desired quality of life.
