The Town of Midland is seeking a modern Recreation and Event Booking Software platform to support recreation programs, facility rentals, harbour services, tourism activities, and community events. The Town’s objective is to deliver a digital-first customer experience that is simple, accessible, and available anytime, while improving operational efficiency for staff and ensuring integration with corporate systems. The selected solution will support end-to-end service delivery, including account management, reservations, registrations, point-of-sale transactions, payments, reporting, and administrative workflows. The scope of this project includes implementation of the solution and a minimum five (5) year agreement for licensing, maintenance, and support. |
