The Town of Midland and the Town of Penetanguishene are calling for the complete Bid submissions from qualified Contractors to supply and place 3785 Tonnes of Hot mix Asphalt along with the removal of existing asphalt and works associated with other roadway appurtenances as detailed herein.


It should be noted that although this is a joint RFT, the Town of Midland and Town of Penetanguishene will award two separate contracts with various differences including but not limited to; procurement By-Law’s, different scopes of work, special provisions and material specifications, warranty requirements, bonding requirements, etc.
