The Town of Midland is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to design, deliver and document a comprehensive Community Vision 2050 initiative. This initiative will define the community’s long-term aspirations, values, priorities, and desired outcomes to guide municipal and community strategies and investments through 2050. The work will run from April 2026 to January 2027, beginning under the current Council and designed to solicit adoption of the vision by the 2026–2030 Council. The selected consultant will work closely with Town staff, including a full-time Community Engagement Coordinator provided by the Town. The Coordinator will staff engagement activities following consultant-led training and using consultant data collection tools. |
