The Town is calling for the complete Bid submissions from qualified Contractors to supply and deliver the Little Lake Park tiered garden and stair project as detailed herein. The following is a general description of the Work to be conducted under the Contract. All works associated with Stairs B and C as well as plantings in the garden beds are provisional items which may or may not be awarded. • Demolition and removal of existing stone/concrete/precast stairs, and precast concrete retaining walls. • Construct 1 central stair leading from the roadway area to the upper shelter. • Construct 2 new stairs within existing stair footprints. (PROVISIONAL) • Construct armour stone retaining walls. • Install electrical and lighting components. • Install plantings for tiered garden. (PROVISIONAL) |
