The Town of Midland is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide unit pricing for Asphalt Patch Work as detailed herein. This is intended to be a multi year maintenance contract, extension beyond the first year of the contract is dependent on the performance of the contractor, see section 59 Term of Contract. Work will be on an as needed basis, quantities are not guaranteed. Work required may consist of but is not limited to roadway work, boulevard work, driveway aprons, parking lots, work at municipal facilities, work at municipal parks and on municipal trails. Work includes but is not limited to; removal and disposal of existing asphalt and base granular, supply and placement of new base granular and asphalt, installation of paved gutters and Capital construction projects will be tendered separately from this contract. |
