The Town of Midland is soliciting proposals through this RFP process for the provision of Consulting Services for the creation of a Waterfront Master Plan. The Town is interested in retaining a Consultant with expertise in waterfront master planning and also in community participation to ensure that the various stakeholders are engaged throughout this planning process. |
