The Town of Midland is requesting proposals from qualified proponents to act as a lead consultant to undertake the development of a two-phase Procurement bid process to select one or more developers or Master Developer for the 40 acres of waterfront property in the Town of Midland, known as the Midland Bay Landing (“MBL”). |
