The Town of Midland invites proposals from qualified proponents for the design, supply, fabrication, installation, testing, training, warranty, and support of a new outdoor digital sign solution for the Bourgeois Community Centre at the King Street intersection with Little Lake Park Road. The Town's objective is to implement a highly visible, durable, and easy-to-manage digital communications asset that supports:
The existing sign and associated infrastructure will be removed as part of this project. The Town is not prescribing a specific sign type and encourages proponents to recommend the sign configuration, structure, dimensions, and technology they believe best satisfies the project objectives, visibility requirements, site conditions, aesthetics, functionality, and long-term value. The Town may also, at its sole discretion, include replacement of the digital sign at Midland’s Town Hall as part of this procurement. The optional work shall include:

The inclusion of optional pricing shall not be considered a commitment by the Town to proceed with the Town Hall sign replacement. Proponents are advised that the Town may apply Buy Ontario requirements and preferences in accordance with applicable legislation and directives in effect at the time of procurement. |
