The Town is calling for the complete Bid submissions from qualified Contractors to supply and deliver the work as detailed herein.  The Contractor shall be required to supply all labour, equipment, and material for the reconstruction of Ellen Street within the Town of Midland including removals of existing underground and aboveground infrastructure and road makeup; new watermains with new services, curb stops and valves, new sanitary sewers with new manholes and laterals, storm sewer with new manholes, catch basins and catch basins leads, all with connections to existing as indicated; new roadway granular base and subbase; subdrains; concrete curb and gutter; concrete sidewalk; hot mix asphalt; driveway restoration; and boulevard restoration with topsoil and sod;.
